AMARE - WELLNESS PARTNER RESELLER BACK OFFICE (2019)
Wellness Partners at Amare Global acted as resellers or micro businesses. As corporate, our job was to understand their needs as user so that they could go sell their businesses to Preferred Customers. I would host 1:1 interviews and usability tests to understand their basic needs, pain points, wants, and overall experience for the Backoffice product we provided to them. They could log into the back office to gauge their sales figures, the goals they needed to meet, what their downline (other resellers) were doing sales wise and to manage subscribe & save orders. Below is the dashboard homepage as well as the subscribe & save management system I designed for these users:
AMARE - DOWNLINE TREE & MAP VIEW (2019)
The product shown below was created for Wellness Partners to better understand the business they were managing. It provided insight to who was in their downline (business), how they were performing, where they were located and if they met the basic requirements to advance rank. This tool was created after I hosted 1:1 interviews where Wellness Partners described a gap in the product that they deemed super critical.
Outcome: the small businesses (Wellness Partners) gained better insight to downline data that allowed them to increase sales.
J2 GLOBAL - INT BILLING SYSTEM (2017)
eFax Corporate needed an easy way to manage corporate accounts and relied on various legacy systems that did not communicate with each other and were presented in a multitude of interfaces. My job was to understand: what kinds of accounts and the data they presented, the different levels of users and permissions, and how active/terminated statuses effected what was presented. The end goal was to create a single UX that displayed the needs and wants of the corporate admins as a responsive web platform.
J2 GLOBAL - LIVEVAULT WORKSTATION MANAGER (2017)
LiveVault is a product used by businesses to manage workstations and backup of those workstations. Users with various levels of permissions were granted access to different tools to propagate software, to backup data, to restore data or devices, and to see status of machines. My role was to collect the needs and wants of the stakeholders and to deliver a modernized end-to-end UX solution.
