Led a team of designers and engineers to build a fully themeable mobile banking product that fully adapted to any bank’s style guidelines.

The islands of Hawaii are small but proud. Two banks in the same sandbox wanted vastly different looks to their apps. No problem, right? In order to do this, I had to design scaffolding to support custom graphics, unique customer features and an embedded marketing campaign that drove results for the FI. The app had to improve customer experience in the effort to increase deposit growth and decrease call center volume.

Outcome
