Recent Case Studies
I design products and systems that create clear outcomes for users and businesses. These case studies highlight work across many industries where my design leadership, strategy, research, and collaboration produced measurable results.
From 2.0 to 4.9 Stars in Mobile Banking
I was a product design lead for a white-labeled mobile banking solution sold to financial institutions. This platform is as a modern mobile banking product that uses cleansed transactional data to inform and empower users in their financial lives. Users are able to create budgets, view their net worth, aggregate external held accounts and much more. This is a live product used by millions of users worldwide. With the rollout of new several features, FI’s gained 600% in deposit growth and users earned/saved serious dough.
60% Better Radiologist Reports
RadAI needed a modern interface that was actionable intelligence based on data presented to radiologists. I was charged with the design of recommended care journeys, automated communication and documentation which when matched with impressions results in expedited care pathways. Duke University reported a 60% improvement of impression evaluation which help to diagnose cases sooner and ultimately save lives as a result.
First AI Meeting Coach (before Zoom)
I designed WorkplaceAI to solve the problem of lost ideas, unclear follow-ups, and scattered meeting notes. It integrates into meetings and calls to transcribe, summarize, and track decisions, action items, and key insights, ensuring that nothing valuable is left behind. An embedded AI coach even evaluates your performance and provides conversational dialogue to get you on the right track. You probably have seen this functionality recently in Zoom - this is where it came from.
Cutting AI Slop with a Shared System
I led a team of product designers across multiple product pods to drive AI design system enablement. I created an iterative process for improving component and token libraries and authored guidelines and documentation that evolved into AI skills and Claude design systems. The goal was to ensure consistent experiences across all products while empowering teams outside the product design org to run AI-driven experiments whose outputs aligned with company style and standards. The end result was a significant decrease in AI slop and AI “gap”.

Prototype that Helped Raise VC Funding
I designed a mobile app for the great outdoors, for those who love to adventuresome together and make memories for generations. I partnered with an amazing group of explorers and a photographer to design this app around trip planning and discovery of new places along the way. Features like mapping and sights information built in.
Refreshing Sepi Travel with Influencer-Informed design
I redesigned Sepi Travel into a modern, mobile-first platform focused on African American heritage destinations. The new experience let travelers research, learn, and book trusted trips in one place using insights of well-known Black travel influencers.
De-risking a Big-Bet Acquisition Channel
I guided a product design team through a structured de‑risking effort for a strategic “Big Bet” initiative: building a new channel for financial institutions to acquire customers at large events and across omnichannel media. The program paired stakeholder assumption mapping with numerous behaviorally informed research experiments to boost engagement, plus iterative UEQ‑S testing to confirm incremental UX gains.

First AI Financial Assistant Patterns
Using a proprietary financial design system, I worked on a small skunkworks team to craft patterns and components for the first AI financial assistant of its kind. I developed the work in VS Code using Claude Code, committing changes on branches integrated with GitLab. It was empowering to act as a designer who both "pushes code" and refines the final polish.

Turning Research into a Clearer, More Confident Experience
Led the redesign of banking dashboard and raised its UEQ-S score from above average to excellent. Through extensive research, variant testing, and multiple rounds of preference studies, we arrived at a clearer layout that was chosen by the majority of participants. This gave credit unions a more confident, modern home screen their members actually preferred.

Making cleaner fuel easy to find and use
I designed a millennial-inspired campaign site for Get Biofuel that combined influencer posts, clear fuel facts, layered brand imagery, and video spotlights. The core experience included a custom Google Maps biofuel finder and a trip planner that routed drivers past available stations, turning education into practical action despite map data limitations.
Reducing Cognitive Load Across a Complex Asset Management System
Redesigned the LAMP logistics platform by establishing a cohesive design system and modernizing the core dashboard experience. Introduced flexible chip organization, drag-and-drop graph resizing, and enhanced search capabilities. Created distinct detail pages for each asset type that surface unique data (location, age of service, and other asset-specific attributes) to improve clarity and operational decision-making.

30+ Features, One Clear Experience
I led the redesign of an entire mobile banking experience in Flutter, delivering more than 30+ full scale features from the ground up in less than 6 months. The work lifted the product’s UEQ-S score from average to excellent. Users ended up with a faster, clearer, and more consistent app that felt modern without losing the tools they relied on every day.
