From concept to delivery, design a simple fax application that generates mobile signups and high retention rates in an already saturated market.

PROCESS
1. Sketch & Exploration
Whiteboard sessions between UX and product stakeholders to rough sketch out the requirements for the application.
2. Collab & Feedback
Two weekly scrum meetings were used to discuss changes between design, development and product stakeholders. Collaboration documented on JIRA.
3. Site Map Validation
Once a rough concept was developed, navigation principles were validated before jumping into wireframes.
4. Personas & Simple Use Cases
Linked simple personas to use cases to draw out customer journey flows before wireframing screens.
5. Wireframes
I commonly use sketch to build symbol libraries and simple wireframes to quickly iterate before design.
6. Visual Design
I've included the final visual designs below for Android and Mac OS X - these are full color and built in Sketch. Deliverables included character and icon design.
