CHALLENGE
Design a Windows 10 faxing app for new and existing customers by hosting discovery workshops to define requirements, wireframing, high fidelity design mock-ups and development support.

PROCESS
1. Began with interviewing users and stakeholders to discover the main “Jobs to be done” of the product.
2. Hosted a discovery workshop where we completed feature prioritization and simple whiteboarding.
3. Wrote user stories documenting the basic functionality of the app and completed a card sorting workshop.
4. Designed wireframes of the core functionality for MVP.
5. A few rounds of wireframe iterations until stakeholders agreed on core MVP layout and functionality.
6. Designed high fidelity mock-ups, exported them into Invision and wired up basic prototypes.
7. Exported final mock-ups into Zeplin and completed JIRA requirements for development.
